Ma van Anyák napja. Ebből az alkalomból küldte be Petró Enikő a "My Mum" című írását. Köszönjük szépen!
Winter sunshine filtered through the window of the living room. The baby woke up, opened her blue eyes, and yawned. The whole house was calm and quite in that December afternoon, until the little girl looked around and realized that she was all alone. It was unacceptable so she sniffed and prepared herself to cry as loud as possible. The waterworks began. Suddenly someone rushed into the room and picked her immediately. The baby stopped to cry for a moment and checked who dared to pick her up. It was a beautiful fairy with short, brown hair and gorgeous grey-green eyes.
“Shhh, precious!” she mumbled softly. The girl started smiling as she saw the fairy’s beautiful face. “You know I’m here, my baby.” She put her daughter on the changing table and she laughed when the small girl couldn’t keep herself with her limbs so she fell on her belly.
“I’ll always be here to help you dear.” she whispered and she helped her to sit up. “When you fall. That’s my duty. And that’ll be yours when you grow up, and you’ll have a child. Remember.” the fairy cuddled the baby kissed her face.
